Terms of Service

Effective: May 18, 2026

Last updated: May 18, 2026

These terms cover the Endii mobile app, the endii.co website, the blog, and related Endii services.

The short version

Endii is operated by Pause Botanica Inc. The Endii app helps you track symptoms, meals, routines, and patterns. endii.co tells people about the app, shares research-backed writing about endometriosis, and lets you join the waitlist.

Endii and the articles on endii.co are not medical advice. They are not a substitute for a doctor, a gynaecologist, or any qualified clinician. Don't make decisions about your treatment, your medications, your diet, or anything else important based on Endii alone. Talk to a real medical professional.

You agree to these Terms by downloading, opening, subscribing to, or using the Endii app, or by using endii.co.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, opening, subscribing to, or using the Endii mobile app (the “App”), or by visiting, browsing, reading, or interacting with endii.co (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Endii.

These Terms form a binding contract between you and Pause Botanica Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada with offices at 20 Bay St., 11th Floor, Toronto, ON M5J 2R8, Canada (“Pause Botanica,” “we,” “our,” “us”).

2. Eligibility

To use Endii, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter a contract under your local law (in Ontario this is generally 18; in some jurisdictions it's younger — between 16 and 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian).
  • Not be barred from using digital health resources under your local law.

3. What Endii is

Endii includes the mobile app and the endii.co website.

  • The App, which lets you log symptoms, meals, routines, cycle context, and related health patterns.
  • AI-assisted summaries and meal reads that are informational only and depend on the data you choose to enter.
  • A blog with articles about endometriosis written by Pause Botanica and its contributors, with citations to published research.
  • A waitlist form where you can submit your email to be notified when Endii launches or when relevant updates happen.
  • Links to the Endii app in the Apple App Store.

The Site does not process payments. App subscriptions are processed by Apple through in-app purchase. We may add, change, or remove sections, articles, app features, or services at any time.

4. ⚠️ Medical disclaimer · the most important section

Endii is not a medical device. It is not a doctor. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Specifically:

  • The App, AI summaries, blog articles, infographics, FAQs, and any other Endii content are for general informational and educational purposes only.
  • Information from Endii is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the guidance of your doctor, gynaecologist, endometriosis specialist, or other qualified health provider before starting, changing, or stopping any treatment, medication, supplement, exercise routine, or dietary plan.
  • Never delay or disregard medical advice because of something you read or receive from Endii.
  • Endometriosis is highly individual. Research findings discussed in our articles may not apply to your specific case.
  • Citations to peer-reviewed research are provided so you can read the source material yourself. They are not our endorsement of any specific intervention for your individual circumstances.
  • The supplement, diet, and lifestyle topics discussed in our articles are not prescriptions. We do not consider drug interactions, allergies, pregnancy status, or your individual medical history. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before adding anything to your routine.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Endii is not designed to handle crises.

You acknowledge that you understand the foregoing and that any decision you make based on the Site's content is your own responsibility.

5. Accuracy of content

We do our best to make our articles accurate and current. Our articles are written by humans and editors and reviewed against peer-reviewed research at the time of publication. That said:

  • Endometriosis research evolves. Findings discussed in our articles may be superseded by newer research after publication.
  • We may make errors. If you spot one, please email us at support@endii.co and we'll review and correct.
  • We are not liable for decisions you make based on the Site's content (see § 11 and § 12).
  • External links to research papers, advocacy organizations, or other resources are provided for your reference. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

6. The waitlist

If you enter your email on the Site to join the waitlist:

  • You authorize us to contact you about the Endii app launch and related updates.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
  • We handle your email per the Privacy Policy.
  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee app access at any specific price or time.

7. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Paid Endii features are offered through Apple in-app purchases. If you start a free trial or subscription, Apple handles the purchase, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund process.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
  • You can cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period or trial.
  • We do not see or store your credit card information.
  • Prices, free-trial availability, and subscription terms are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.

11. Termination

No mandatory arbitration. Pause Botanica Inc. does not require you to arbitrate disputes. You may bring claims in court as described above.

No class-action waiver. These Terms do not prevent you from joining a class proceeding in any jurisdiction where the law preserves that right.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Site changes, when laws change, or for clarity. When we make a material change:

  • We update the Last updated date at the top.

17. Severability and entire agreement
