Something broken in the app?
Crashes, sync issues, login problems, weird behavior. Use the form below and include your iOS version + what you were doing when it happened.
Subscription or billing question?
Cancellations, refunds, plan changes, and renewals are handled by Apple. Manage them in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. If something looks wrong on our end, tell us.
Account or data question?
Want to delete your account or get a copy of your data? Email us or use the form below — we respond within 30 days.
